Notes: Happy Birthday was sung and then played for road manager Brad Sands. Other Halloween recognition included an on-stage jack-o-lantern, and Jennifer Hartswick sporting an amazing wig! Windora Bug included a Stash tease. Tops Off found Trey whipping off his shirt and whirling it around his head; the remainder of the show saw all band members fully clothed.
