Notes: The first set was Trey solo acoustic and the second set was electric TAB. Mountains in the Mist was introduced as Bake and Boil and was a debut, as was Snowflakes in the Sand. Then Came You, Voodoo Child (Slight Return). and Will it Go Round in Circles were all TAB debuts. Trey allowed the fans to name the instrumental now known as The Inlaw Josie Wales – also a debut – that was named Minestrone at the time. Phish staples Bouncing Around the Room and Farmhouse rounded out Trey’s debuts for the evening. Before Brian and Robert Trey offered a rambling monologue where he mistook a single confused person on the Internet with “the confused people on the Internet” and further mistakenly asserted that fans online would be “confused by the unknown songs.” He then introduced Brian and Robert as Voodoo Child.
